Geowissenschaftliches Zentrum der Universität Göttingen (GZG)

The Geowissenschaftliches Museum is a classical European institution founded in 1773 and affiliated with the University of Göttingen. During the 250 years of its history, this institution has built a collection of about four million pieces, including two holotypes of the outcrop of La Cabroa, the hemiptera Mimamontsecia cretacea and the rapidioptera Iberoraphidia dividua, from the La Cabroa outcrop (Szwedo & Ansorge 2015, Jepson et al., 2011).
